Announcing the KDEA Arlene Rigdon Sport Horse Clinic on March 24-25, 2018 at Capall Baile, 3400 S 143rd Street East, Wichita.  Auditing is FREE to all, so come join us for all or part of the clinic.
Saturday:  Discussion of horse conformation as related to performance capabilities in various horse sports, how to present a horse in hand, and showcase of in hand class work for yearlings to mature horses.
Sunday:  Limited number of private lessons with Arlene Rigdon on Sunday a.m. (open to auditors) and in the p.m. the horses seen on Saturday will come back into under saddle classes and conformation as related to movement will be discussed.
Come out and learn more about how a horse's conformation affects his ability to perform, stay sound, and be a willing partner capable of working for you.
For more information, or to order a lunch on Saturday or Sunday, contact Jackie Schwartz at jstraining12@gmail.com   Click here for flyers and more info.

And on April 7, 2018 (once again thanks to Capall Baile for hosting) a KDEA Ride A Test Clinic.  The format is that the horse/rider combination declares the test they want to ride, and it is judged by one of our local L Graduates.  Then the horse/rider combo has 15 to 20 minutes to work with the judge to improve on their dressage test.  This is a great way to learn different movements, and if you are an eventer, you can try out the new dressage tests for eventing.  Watch for an entry form to be posted soon.
