All you need is our USDF member number to create your USDF account (if you don't already have one). If you don't know your number, you can contact Anne Stephens at firstname.lastname@example.org. Or, you can look on the USDF website under Membership, Group Member, GMOs in your Area (choose Region 4) and you can find your name and number (as long as you are a current KDEA member).
